At Nâmedâr, we take your privacy extremely seriously. We have designed our software to be offline-first, ensuring that you have complete control over your data.

1. Information We Collect

Nâmedâr operates primarily as an offline-first application. By default, all data (including answer sheets, graded exams, and student information) remains in your local device's storage. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers unless you explicitly opt-in to our Cloud Sync feature available on the Pro and Institutional tiers.

2. Cloud Sync Data (Opt-in Only)

If you subscribe to a paid tier and enable Cloud Sync, we securely store encrypted backups of your project files in our cloud infrastructure (via Cloudflare). This data is strictly used to synchronize your application state across multiple devices.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services (such as Stripe for payment processing) to facilitate necessary business operations. These providers only have access to the personal information needed to perform their specific functions.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the application.
