By accessing and using Nâmedâr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

1. Use of the Application

Nâmedâr provides a tool to design, process, and grade OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheets. You agree to use the application for its intended educational or professional purposes and not to engage in any behavior that disrupts or attempts to bypass our infrastructure.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Select features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except where legally required. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the grading data, exams, and images you process using Nâmedâr. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the application.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Nâmedâr's WASM processing engine is highly robust, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy on every scan. It is the user's responsibility to verify automated grades. In no event shall Nâmedâr be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
